  Support is FREE for all registered users. If you encounter a problem, please, follow these steps:

1. At first, please, visit our user forum.  It is very probable that your problem was already discussed by other users.

2. Check the product web page and see if there is not available upgrade that could solve your troubles.  If there is a newer version available then download it from our download center and install it.  It is always good idea to backup (zip whole the product install directory) your current installation before installing new version.

3. If you are not able to solve your problem using the latest version of your product then e-mail us the problem to "s u p p o r t @ p.i t r i n e c . c o m".   Please, make sure you include:

Your name:
Product name and version:

Registration number:
Operating system (Win98/Me/2000/NT/XP/Vista):
PC configuration (Processor, RAM):
Problem description:

Please give us as much information and details as possible.

4. We always reply to help requests.  If you do not get reply from us even after your repetitive requests then it means that your spam filter, for whatever reason, filters our replies.  In such a case leave us a message in the user forum.  We monitor the forum and will answer to your message.

We thank you for reporting bugs.  It is possible that we will not be able to solve your problem immediately but usually, bugs that users report are fixed in new updates.
